Teen patrons at Brooklyn Public Library's Stone Avenue will discuss books they read via web 2.0. The web 2.0 will consist of a wiki and podcasts where audience will be able view and hear podcasts. Teen will work alone or in group on their book discussion. Once the reading is completed the students will create a wiki and podcast that will present the audience with their critic of a book. Books will be by teen authors. Teens will add music as a background to their podcast and extras on the wiki. Such as videos, Best books etc.

Objectives:
By the end of this project, teens will be able to discuss a book via web 2.0
-Critique a book via web 2.0
-Create a wiki and discuss their book
-Create a podcast discussing their book

Activities:
-Teen will select a book by a popular teen author
-Teens will write a short script and type the critic of the book on the wiki.
-Teens will create a podcast and embed it on the wiki
-Teen will add their favorite background music

This project will continue throughout the school year
When project is completed it will be published and uploaded to itunes
Materials: Flash/USB Drives, Pen Readers, Microphones, Flash Memory Camcorders, Whiteboards
Other Items: 1 smart board with all equipment needed, $2,600 each
