School: J. B. Wilmeth Elementary School, McKinney, TX
Planned By: Robin Keating
Original Author: Robin Keating, McKinney
1. Follow state/district's curriculum and learner standards to teach content of plant and animal adaptations.
(I will use interactive white board activities and Discovery Science resources to present content)
2. Students work as a group to mindmap or outline information to include in their music video.
3. Select song they want to use and write lyrics (content to be ussed to demonstrate learning)
4. Practice; prepare handout or anchor chart for class containing the lyrics of the song.
5. Perform!

This activity will lend itself to any content and subject. Wonderful followup would be to use flip camera and record song.
Cross-Curriculum Ideas
