Great App & ContentTED is a great Application,The UI excellent.. I love it very much~ The only thing I'm not satisfied is that the subtitles of the downloaded talks are not show when there is no Internet connect~ Could you please make the TED better that users can download the TED Talks with a embedded subtitle

Good appThis app is good except for the fact that videos are automatically stopped whenever the screen is turned off. This would be fine if there was audio available for each talk, but there is not.

Random stopsNice app, but it very often just stops during playback and I have to restart the feed, about every 4min. HTC desire HD and Samsung gio. Never had this problem anywhere else.

Knowledge is powerBest app ever, the way the app is designed and how to use the app. Was made for dummies to use. Most interesting talks ive ever seen. Its the best app ive downloaded. 5 stars from me. No problems at all, everything works, no lag, no bugs. This is the. Best ted app to get out of the other ted apps

Great content, some UI issuesThe content is great and watching the talks works great. The UI is mostly nice and smooth. However, on the ASUS Transformer Infinity, the featured/new screen scrolls very slowly until the large pictures at the top have scrolled off the screen. The other screens seem to work fine, so I just wanted to mention this in case the devs can determine the problem. Overall, the app is great!

Incredible information sourceTED content speaks for itself but wow the app is beautiful. Big props to the team behind the app, its honestly a joy to navigate through and is pretty much peerless. This for me has proved it, non holo themed apps should be the standard.

Not loading videos.nexus 7The app itself works as I can browse the talks. However, the videos do not load and I am unable to download the videos also. I have disabled ad blocking . I guess it may be a server error.

Feature Requests?Great app. I love that I can download while on wifi and watch whenever and wherever. If you are accepting feature requests, I would like to add some suggestions: -would like to sort "My Talks" by release date -would like to set my default download rate, so it doesn't ask me every time. -would like to automatically download all new talks and have them put into "My Talks" (maybe max 20 videos) Is there a way to get "All talks" by date? I subscribe to the RSS feed, which means I am notified for every talk as soon as it is available, but I can't get that view on my android. The "Featured" seems to work that way. Thanks!

Furthering myselfWhenever I seem to "have nothing to do" Ted has always been where I turn and sure enough there is a video either new or old, the first time I've seen it or the 5th Ted has always pushed the way I think. Definitely a must for any thinker and especially for high schools students it is just eye opening

The Best App Money Can Buy... Except It's Free.Such an amazing app- it's easy to get lost and watch many videos back to back. So interesting and informative. Makes you think and learn something new about something you never knew existed. The app itself is also amazing to use, fast (partially thanks to N7's nice hardware) and otherwise amazingly made, the UI is great, and the download and "pin" (bookmark) features are great.

Cache data eats up memoryGreat app but stores all the thumbnail pics on main memory. Can we get an option to save it on the SD card or will thar affect speed and performance? Righr now the app adds an additional 10MB of data to memory even after it is moved to the SD Card. If the app is moved to the SF Card so should the cache. May seem like a small issue but some of us have limited memory on our phones.
