Horrible on tabletsDon't install on a Honeycomb tablet. Takes a reboot to get out of program. App behaves in odd way (process does not show on task managers, downloads not to be found, and more). Love TED, hate this app.

Won't download talksI bookmarked a bunch of talks to download while my tablet was offline but they won't download now I am back online. No way to manually initiate downloads. Makes it redundant to be able to search talks offline. Transformer Prime ICS.

Descriptions for videos too shortThe app seems great but the lack of room for describing what's being spoken about makes finding something I'm intrested in difficult. There's a thumbnail and under it something like "Micheal Roberts, Is our way of l" or "Jean Silverstone, wonderful things to thi". I never have any idea what I'm about to watch and since the app is about watching these videos it becomes basically useless. Really wanted to like this app. Please fix this issue.

No video on HTC FlyerAppears to be having video issues on honeycomb on most Flyers. Also refuses to close after repeated attempts giving an impression that the app has 'hung'. One of my most used app & eagerly awaiting a fix for the bug.

Love TED, but Honeycomb issuesThe TED app is wonderful, but buggy. The intro to the videos plays, but then the video stops and audio continues. When you try to quit the app, the audio still continues, with no way to shut off other than complete shut down. Running Honeycomb on HTC Flyer. Please fix and I'll update my review.

Applicatio cannot find downloaded videosNothing against the content or idea of making videos available offline but it has turned into a frustrating experience countless install/uninstalls and stilll gettting "cannot find the downloaded video on SD card". Programmers please fix it you are not doing justice to the project. Galaxy tab 7.7

Doesn't playLove TED website. Sadly, this app doesn't play on my Xoom. Appears to try to download, but it shouldn't take more than five minutes to start a single talk. Tried four different files. Spent 25 minutes. Uninstalled. I could have walked to the desktop and watched three lectures in the time I spent not seeing anything here.

Good idea but app needs landscape modeOn my Android phone, I watch videos in landscape mode (horizontal screen). However, TED menus are always displayed in portrait (vertical) mode, not horizontal mode. Having to flip phone direction every time is tedious. Hello ! Not every Android device is a tablet ! Please fix this poor design.

Freezing up!?!Great listening only bad part is having to do a battery pull every 5 mins, then finding the place where it froze on me to continue. Fix this issue and it would have 5 stars. (Droid x2)

Still looking...For something worth while on Ted. The talks remind me of the motivational speakers you see on TV shows, you know.. the ones who eventually get locked up for fraud or executed by the world's favourite serial killer's Shakespearean lover.

Still doesn't work on HTC FlyerAs previous reviewers commented, shows maybe 5 seconds of vid before screen freezes, sound continues and cannot be stopped without restarting the system. Looking forward to when this is resolved.

TerribleIt's a video app without Video! The app crashes after TED Intro and the only way to stop the sound is to reboot the device. Just upload all the TED Conferences to YouTube instead ;)

FailedI have a HTC Flyer Tablet, and this app would not turn off until the audio (only) broadcast stopped. I had to reboot it to get it to stop playing. It wouldn't even stop if I started other programs that use the speakers. Never the less I had to uninstall until they can get this thing to work right. 100% Failed.
