As with many learning communities, YouthBuild is evolving based on students interest. We are diligently working to add engineering into our existing career and technical education experiential classrooms. Students have already master designing sustainable homes for urban communities for their capstone projects and we are looking to take that experience to the next level. Student has express the interest in gaining skills and competencies in developing "artifacts" for personal, school-wide and social enterprise uses.

If I know my students, the possibilities are endless.

We are asking community support in raising the funds to purchase a 3D Systems 2 Plastic Jet 3D Printer for $1,169.00.
