This is a fundraiser for Chromebooks to help today's youth be prepared for the future.

The tools that you are funding will enable students to create digital projects and pave the way to a flipped classroom experience. When students are fully engaged they value their education.

Chromebooks will help motivate struggling students and encourage classroom participation using Powtoon, Storybird (poems and boards), and Google documents/classroom.

In addition to writing, students have been creating online presentations but have had to take turns due to lack of availability of the technology. Students learn most when fully engaged and value their education when given choices.

Chromebooks will help students in group projects, author walks, and best prepare for state assessments.

My classroom has a smart-board and these chromebooks would allow students to join me at the front of the class to give presentations and own their learning.
