Great resource, big technical issue.For whatever reason (doesn't matter), it randomly decides to redownload all the media files. But for the love of all that is sacred, PLEASE DO NOT SUSPEND THE DOWNLOAD IF NOT IN FOREGROUND! Having to wait on media files to download makes the phone COMPLETELY USELESS for a long period of time, as if you leave the screen it IMMEDIATELY stops downloading!!!

Poor tablet supportI love this on my phone, so I was looking forward to using this textbook on a larger screen. however, even after playing with the preferences, the font size is massive and weirdly formatted, making it almost unusable.

Ok app. + for grammar quizzes. But, quiz settings are poor, as u can't set question limit/number. Random question selection poor, many repeats.

Works great and seems quite helpfulThis was the first thing I bought from Market, and it was worth it. One thing though, be careful when freezing apps, because freezing a particular app(s) will cause the picture to not render with certain hiragana/katakana characters (you'll get a gray box).

***** excelentI always looked at japanese as on something difficult and impossible to learn, especially the symbols, but i slowly make progress with this app and it feels pretty good to be able to read some japanese words that i encounter.. so far im not dissapointed, i love this app. I wish there were similiar apps for other languages too.

Absolutely amazing!I've tried everything. I've studied lots of languages. This is by far the best experience I had together with Rosetta Stone. The only problem is how to learn another language after this if they have only Japanese! Please do a Human Chinese! Human Arabic! Human Russian!
