No problems with the Official TED App except those expected when attempting to stream any video when I'm away from my network and using a slow or poor WiFi connection. My work-around is to D/L "the" Talk, watch it, & remove it if I desire. I have been to 2 TED Conferences & the opportunity to learn new "material" is priceless. Watching the TED Talks via the Internet provides nearly the same experience as being there. I'm not aware of anything similar to TED Talks. There is an amazingly wide range of important and interesting topics that are provided in a video lecture format by the "true" experts in their respective fields.

Please add subtitlesThis app is well implemented, with the download and share facilities being very useful, but please add support for subtitles. The website has an excellent range of subtitle languages and support for this would be appreciated by many. (Subtitles now implemented, Thanks)

Very surprised!!Honestly, I didn't know what Ted was.. had no interest in it, but I clicked on it for the heck of it.. I was tremendously shocked!! I love this app!! You watch people ideas, manly about the future and it is unreal!! The pure creation and intelligence of these people is crazy!! By far my favorite app on my phone!! Better than Facebook or anything!! Great app, 1 small issueThe one problem I have with this app is that when I turn it back to landscape from portrait while playing a video, it merely rotates it, rather than rescaling it back up to fill the screen, so you get a small unscaled video in the middle of the screen. Other than that, perfect :)
