Great Customer ServiceI got this app a while back, but I had an issue with the countdowns in the exercises. I emailed customer service, and they said they had never found my problem before, but would work on it. A little bit later, the sent me a copy of the App, and the problem was gone! It's great to see a company so focused on an individual's problem. They could have easily let me slide; I mean, I am only one customer. Instead, they took the time to fix the problem, and even sent me personally an updated app to test it!
