1 classroom tablet for each of 16 special education students for daily use. Viewing and reviewing teacher-videos, synchronous question and response, asynchronous discussion boards and online projects. Many students in this classroom are severe language-delayed and using the tablet will give them a great opportunity to participate and to have a voice. Although these students are tested as having the lowest levels in the school of 750 students, classroom expectations are that they are all college-bound. They want to be successful 21st century learners.
