Incorporating fitness into a student's physical education does not have to be something they dread. I have loved working at Rupley Elementary because I have a chance to get to know all of the students and teach them about the benefits of making healthy choices in and outside of the classroom.

When we are doing fitness activities whether it be stations, games, or team building activities...music has been something that can make the environment welcoming and uplifting as well as encouraging and motivating. I would love to have an Ipod where I can put a whole library of music as well as videos of various fitness clips to show the students.

Imagine the difference between running around the block in silence and running with your favorite music backing you the whole way...Rock on! Help the Rupley Raccoons workout to the beat!
