Objective: Students will work in groups of 4 to create a newsreel from 1941. The newsreel will convince young men to join the armed services. The 2 minute advertisement must focus on the benefits of the service to a young man. There also must be a 30 second additional advertisement for war bonds. The video will demonstrate application of vocabulary - War Bonds, Marines, Newsreels, Propoganda, and G.I. Bill.
