		| Original Author: David Pendleton, Salt Lake Cty | Most schools have a “shared drive” where common documents are stored and can be viewed by all teachers and staff with a network login. The Flip Video Camera can put this to great use! Classes could post a question on any topic, open to the rest of the school to research and post a response. Ideally, students would chronicle their research process as well, in the video response. On this shared drive, teachers could also post students’ tips for reading, studying, etc. They could also post book reviews (like a combination of a book report and a movie review), a math mini-lesson, or an explanation of their favorite playground game.
You may have noticed that this isn’t as much a lesson plan as an idea that would involve the entire school in the Flip experience. Even if there is just one camera that each class can take turns checking out and using, it would still work!
