Why I need this:
I have a great group of kids who need this I don't want them to be limited my their disability. We work everyday on what we can do not what we can't do however with every attempt to modify the equipment we have it just does not allow them to truly be independent. One of the major projects we are working on is bringing awareness about disabilities. In attempt to do this the students wanted to video tape several days of some of the challenges they face named the Life in my shoes. This system fits everything we need but unfortunately the price of this equipment is my school budget for the entire year. So the choice is giving them a feeling of accomplishing something on their own or buying dry erase markers, adaptive reading and math books. I think they deserve to have both. Please help me grant this wish for them thank you. |
