Why I need this:
I have a great textbook resources to help my struggling readers access our Science and Social Studies textobook -- the whole textbook read aloud on CD! Great huh? The problem is, the only way I have for students to access this is to play it our loud for them (and the rest of the class) to listen to. This can be distracting to the students who can readthe text on their own, and embarrasing for the students who need the extra assistance. This set with haedphones and jackbox would solve both of my problems, allowing those who need to read along with the CD the ability to do so, without drawing attention to them or ditracting others. |
