Well worth the moneyI was a little apprehensive to get this at first due to the price, and was considering getting the cheaper SkySafari, but it was the events calender that swayed me to go for this. I've not had it long, so I've not yet come across any bugs, but so far Mobile Observatory is far better than I could have imagined, and I'm so glad I decided to get it. It does so much! I still don't think I've explored everything you can do with it. It has quite a nice UI, and being able to add the events you're interested in to your calender is a nice feature. I would definitely recommend it.

Real Astronomy AppAn app for observers, made by observers. After some familiarizing, it becomes easy to use. Be sure to hunt down the various options menus to fine tune it to your needs.

OUTSTANDING astronomy appIn a word, this app is OUTSTANDING!! I had this app on my EVO 4G, and now my 4G LTE. This app is awesome. First, the graphics are amazing. The interactive graphics of the planets and moon are really cool. The graphical ephemeris table for Jupiter and its moons is really awesome. This app will definitely encourage even then casual hobbyist to further their interest in amateur astronomy. The sheer amount of accurate ephemeris data is amazing. "LIVE MODE" is outstanding. I thought Mobile Observatory just looked good on my phones but I recently bought a new tablet (Asus Transformer Infinity TF700t) and the larger screen really helped show off this app's features. I would and do HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone with even a passing interest in astronomy. The ephemeris for any celestial object (Messier, Caldwell, solar system, deep-sky) is right there at your fingertips! Just think, the entire night sky in your pocket (or on your tablet, lol)! This is not just another sky map app. It is well beyond that in a very easy to use and understand structure. Mobile Observatory is simply GREAT. ;-)

Quite good for lookups and general useI use Sky Safari plus for most sky atlas work because it has scope control. My rating for this app is based on occasional use, though it is quite comprehensive for facts a figures.

Nice planetarium.Excellent aid to night time astronomical observation, and great substitute for the sky to those living on cities. All that you need. You can't help but loving this app, you will not be disappointed. Great price for so much content.

Great applicationI have been using this application for about three months now. It has exceeded my expectations for what I was looking for. It has been very accurate for me as I gaze at the night sky. I'm also happy to see Pluto on the observation menu now as well as a couple layout changes. For the price you can't wrong with this application. I did a little research and tricked a co-worker into buying another app I was looking at & it was a good thing I did, because I didn't like ithowever he likes it so it is a win win.

AmazingI'm so glad I purchased this app. It has everything I could possibly ask for and more! The UI layout is fantastic, intuitive and it flows well from one section to the next. The time bar is probably one of my most used features and it blows my mind every time. The database is solid and large. New update starts faster. Probably the best astronomy purchase I've made. Tonight's Best and Events are my favorite sections allowing me to stay in touch. The calendar event alerts alone is worth the price. Thanks devs!

Once you're past that, it's an awesome app. Does exactly what you need it to do - and then some. Would be 5 stars, but I'm greedy and think the developer can do *even* better in later versions :-)
