Wonderful Celestial Planning AppI use this app all the time for planning photography. At the recent annular eclipse, I used it to plan the location and setup. I've found it incredibly useful. I really love the widget.

Calendar feature now working for ICSApplication had problems originally with the Calendar feature and ICS but this has now been fixed. As an amateur astronomer I cannot recommend this application enough. The developer is very responsive if you email him directly with any problems you might have. You cannot ask for more. If you have one astronomical app make it this one. If you also have a Nexus 7 like me it is awesome on the larger screen and it works perfectly on Jelly Bean. Brilliant.

As an amateur astronomer I cannot recommend this application enough. The developer is very responsive if you email him directly with any problems you might have. You cannot ask for more. My astro app of choiceI have most of the astronomy apps installed. This is the one I use most. Night mode could be darker and red shifted. I get out with Mobile Observatory once or twice a week. Gotta go, new moon and clear skies tonight!
