Switched to wifi and downloaded fineFor some reason my 4G LTE wouldn't download after the first 30 of 307 videos, then 1 or so on each restart. Switching to wifi resolved that. I have a dvd/reference guide/and book coming but for this low price thought this would be convenient to also have on phone.

Great customer service and they fixed my issuesThis app is fantastic! I especially like the quiz mode (you can alter it to do 20 at a time). I had issues with the videos in quiz mode so I emailed them and Laura sent me a different version which works perfectly.

GREAT RESOURCEI have a Droid bionic and had some trouble running this; I emailed the developer and was sent a link to a version that worked right away and is great. This is going to be a great resource to use with my babies!! I highly recommend this.

Great resourse!Was a fantastic help in the early days of signing to my baby... he now knows over 100 signs and we keep coming across things that we want to sign, but they are not in this dictionary. Keep updating, adding more signs & simple phrases for all 5 stars.
