ImmersiveWorks well on my ACER Iconia A500. Busuu take a very immersive approach to learning a language. I find the interaction with native speakers very enjoyable. I have tried other language learning software, including Rosetta Stone and found Busuu to be on par. I hope to see more addtions. Well done. My one gripe is the fact that you cannot switch the languages you want to learn on the mobile app.

Free Should Mean FreePhone HTC Desire running MIUI O/S had no problems running this program at all it's simple and easy to understand and with each lesson on each section you get to see and hear it spoken in Italian with what it means in English under the picture then each lesson you hear a conversation being read out you answer three questions then you get to write it out and your sort of done and you can repeat it over and over again to your hearts content. Crashes all the time!!This new version of the app is not compatible with sony ST18i & a few other phones, just read the reviews & see. After the last update, it force closes every single time & i was using this fine, no problem, for months before. When you fix the problem, then you'll get 4 stars, when you provide a decent level of support, then you'll get 5 stars!!!!!!!

Great for beginnersI am quickly learning many new words, phrases and concepts. I have used the app on my tablet and the full website on my desktop. The app is not as complete but fantastic for practicing and starting lesson segments. On the ASUS tablet I cannot use the microphone, so that's a disadvantage, but I hope to find a work-around soon.

Excellent introduction to ItalianThis is the first time I've tried to learn a language since leaving school. The steps are easy to follow and use a variety of methods to help one to learn. Fantastic for a free app.

No support, can't loginRegistered on mobile app but after I logged in online, I can longer login on phone. There is no support on website and they haven't replied to my email. Pricey too! $5.46 to unlock extra lessons in each level. If we are to pay, we should get some support.

definitely the best learn italian app I found. very well layed out and organized. good principles of instructural design, with repetition and variation and different modalities - reading, listening, saying. makes learning fun.excellent principles of instructional design in place. very well done. engaging, varied lessons with the right amount of repetition.

Best so far...I have tried a few different apps and this is very nicely put together. Well thought out, and it shows. As a student of the Italian language, I find this app quite helpful. So much so I am really considering paying for the full access (something I haven't yet done for any app. Before I pay, it needs to be it. This one is.)

Pretty goodI like the app. Set up is nice.. easy to understand. Only four stars because it could have been better. More effort could have been placed when starting from the very beginning. I was left with a lot of gaps. Had to install a totally seperate app that covers thing such as the abc's and 123's. But overall did the job.
