Really usefulThis may be no more useful than following youtube videos, and all of the free workouts have .gif type picture instructions, audio and text instructions. Scheduled (automatic and manual) alarms for workouts are great and remind me to do them. My girlfriend however didn't like this, she found it too confusing to learn. Don't expect a personal trainer from this unless you want to pay, self motivation is also kind of required (as said, alarms help but only if you don't hit snooze)

WowThis app has me excited about working out again. Whatever your interest or skill level, the free version of this app will have something to fit your needs. I've started doing a workout or two daily and it's effective enough that you feel it later. I definitely reccommend this one!
