Class Description:
I have 8 first graders, 3 second graders and 5 3rd graders. We are a blended classroom and the students work at a varety or skill levels. Our students come from all over Corvallis, but we are a rural school who focuses on the outdoors and the area we live in.
Position:
1st, 2nd and 3rd grade teacher
Needs:
Our school is in its second year. We are a placed based school trying to integrate our community into our curiculum. Any tools that can help us fill in the gaps or enhance our learning experience would be greatly appreciated.
My Philosophy:
I believe teachers are meant to introduce students to the world around them and give them the tools to explore that world. Technology is an important tool in this day and age.
