Each month, once a week, from August-May the children of KEY will take turns taking photos of our activities and functions the association is involved in. They will need to download, edit, and make page layouts for the pages of the upcoming yearbook.

October- June: The children will begin to set up the photos for the DVD yearbook.

March- June: The children will begin to place photos on the pages for the yearbook, setting up page per activity and events. The children will start accepting and laying out advertisements for the yearbook.

The month of June will be finalizing printing of the yearbook. This will be done the 1st week of June. The burning of the DVD yearbook will be done the 2nd week of June. The cover will be printed. At this time, both yearbooks will be assembled and ready for distribution.
Follow-Up
The finish project will be distributed to the families of KEY.
