Students look at the shapes in nature, and then capture them in a picture. They will find the shapes of alphabet letters in nature to spell a word they enjoy. For example, maybe a down tree looks like an "H" or a round flower looks like an "O".
1. Students explore nature.
2. Can they find natural occurring letters?
3. Take a good, centered picture of what you are seeing.
4. Can you put your letters together to spell a word?
5. Let's make a frame for your word.
6. There's a lot of possibilities here:)
