A field trip to our local tidepool will be planned. Each student will be required to take photos showing symmetry and record their symmetry findings. 4. In the classroom the students will upload their pictures and edit them adding text and digital recordings to describe the symmetry they captured. 5. Technology will enhance future learning in all curriculum areas through this first major teaching project. |
Cross-Curriculum Ideas |
Looking at the state standards in each major curriculum area I believe there are many ideas that can be tapped. What a wonderful way to document student learning and allow them to be actively envolved in facilated choices. |
Follow-Up |
Creating a CD library in various curriculum areas will encourage students to be creative and directly involved in their own learning. This CD library has the potential to grow throughout the year. |
