Students create a "movie" over there 2,3,or 4 years in Spanish Class. Students will video record, capture snapshots, and voice record all information pertaining to their learning outcomes they wish to portray in the "movie". Students will place all data collected in Window live movie maker and create a "final product", a "movie" if you will. Students must have a title, substantial material and credits. Students will record their final product on DVD to be used for other educational experiences in other classes. Thus a video library is being created for the spanish classroom.

Students will use a variety of ideas in their movies. Live media, artwork, voice recordings, and animation. Students will learn the effectiveness of technology and putting their ideas together in a logical fashion to create their movies. The lesson corporates all academic content standards of foreign language: Communication, Connections, Cultures and Comparisons.

Communication: The videos are to be created entirely in Spanish. This includes all editing information and written material.
Connections: Students may use other disciplines to incorporate material into their videos ie: the gymnasium, the band, or other places.
Cultures: Students may use the community for video ideas. A visit to the art museum, a hispanic restaurant.
Comparisons: Students will use their knowledge of their native language and apply it to the target language. Students will ensure their outcome is natural and precise.
