Character power points

Grade level First through third
Objective: The students will brainstorm and share the concept of friendship.

Motivation: Elicit from the students who their best friends are and why they consider that person as a friend.

Procedure: show the power point that I personally created. Stop occasionally and clarify the terms used.
Elicit from the students their thoughts and interpretations.

Evaluation: after seeing the entire power point have the students write at least two paragraphs explaining what they have learned about friendship.
