Objective: To complete as many Video Scavenger Hunt Tasks as possible. Learn about video camera techniques before, during and after project.

Procedures:
1. Create a list of tasks, with point values for students to complete at school.
2. Assign students to a group, no more than 4 students to a group.
3. Give one group at a time, or depending on number of cameras, a camera. Set a time limit. I have a 20 minute time limit, this allows all groups to film during 1 class period.
4. Students upload video to their computers and edit, making sure to tell us what the task is and how many points it is worth.
5. Lastly, we watch the videos in class and I count up the points and we discuss disqualifications if any have occurred. Students must follow instructions for the task explicitly!

Materials:
Digital Camcorders, Computers with video editing software such as Windows Movie Maker or Adobe Premier Elements.

Time:
This project usually takes about 2 90 minute class periods to complete, with another class period devoted to watching the finished products and discussing what went wrong, right and how it could have been done better.

**This project could also be done using a point and shoot camera and another medium such as PowerPoint to string the pictures together.**
Materials: Point and Shoot, Sports, Digital SLR, Mobile Labs, Slideshow, Video Editing, Camera Bags, Flash/USB Drives
