Why I need this:
I like to use computers as a rotation/center, but most activities we use on the computer have sound. With 5 to 6 students on the computers at a time, it gets quite loud and distracting. Why I need this:
Our building is a very old building. My classroom has only 2 original outlets. Many years ago they rewired to allow for phones and computers to be plugged in as well. This added 4 or 5 outlets. The problems that exist are, 1. these are old and offer no surge protection, and 2. I have to unplug thins in order to plug in and use other things. This out would allow me to leave devices plugged in and accessible. |
