Most students last year was unable to purchase headphones so they were unable to benefit from the portion read from their i-ready lessons. I would like to ask for donations for headphones for my students so they can use them during intervention and study time on computers. Ninety percent of our students are from low income families and they are unable to afford equipment for students to use at school. |

Why I need this:
As a grade 3-5 math/science teacher, my students will be using chromebooks this school year, and as a teacher, I would like to have a device compatible and similar to what they are using for demonstration and instruction purposes. We have very limited funds for our classroom, and unless donated, teachers have outdated and old laptops, which would not be compatible to what my students will be using in the classroom. |

Why I need this:
What an awesome little tool, and a great addition this would make for our math class. We are in the process of a classroom makeover and trying to incorporate more technology in our classroom, this handy tool will allow students to practice their important math drills and multiplication tables. Students are also allowed to use calculators on their calculator active portion of their math EOG tests. I didn't have any students to bring in their own calculators last year, so a classroom set of this calculator would be an awesome addition to my classroom. |
