Switchable Mono/Stereo Headphones Why I need this:
We are a Title I school with limited funding. The majority of our students read at a level 2-3 years below grade level. In order to try and close this gap we starting using an online learning program. This program is tailored to each individual student based on their academic needs. Unfortunately,currently we have no headphones in either of our computer labs. Therefore, thirty different lessons are playing audio at the same time. You can not hear yourself think. There is no way the program can be successful this way. Students become distracted and off-task. I have suggested students purchase their own headphones. This is challenging when many have trouble figuring out where their next meal is coming from. This donation would be such a huge gain and investment in the educational future of our students.
