Asus P1 Pico Projector - small and portable Why I need this:
I am one of three ESL teachers sharing a trailer at Glenn Elementary. Each of us serve about 60 students total, and the trailer lacks a projector and document camera to use to project lessons. Students learning English especially need as many visual cues as possible when learning. We are currently using a computer monitor to project images, but with large groups, it is challenging for everyone to see. We also want to implement interactive writing this year, which would work much better on a projected image on a whiteboard vs. a computer monitor. This projector will give all three teachers the ability to project images when needed to improve our teaching.
