Joyce Foundation Great Lakes Education Grants

Description: WHAT WE FUND: Issues of equity are at the core of our mission to improve quality of life, promote safe and healthy communities, and build a just society in the Great Lakes region. We focus specifically on advancing racial equity and economic mobility for the next generation in the Great Lakes region. We concentrate on initiatives that promise to have an impact across the region and/or within the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Our program areas are Culture, Democracy, Education & Economic Mobility, Environment, and Gun Violence Prevention & Justice Reform. Grant applications are reviewed three times a year at Board Meetings. See website for next deadlines.
