Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you with your return.
  • Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days in unused, 100% sale-able condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Please call Customer Service to arrange returns and get shipping information for the specific vendor your item came from.
  • A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns.
  • We can only offer credit for returned items. This credit will show up on your Digital Wish account 5-7 business days after the return is received by our vendor.
  • With the exception of defective items, the cost of shipping is non-refundable and it is up to the customer to pay for return shipments.
  • Some promotional items can not be returned.
