Class Description:
BIlingual Kindergarten Class We will be implementing a new program this year called the Dual Language Program. Another teacher and I will switch students for all subject areas, except Language Arts, which the students will learn in their native langauge. All other subject areas, the students will learn in both English and Spanish! We are VERY EXCITED about the implementation of this new program and will do all we can to make it a success!
Position:
Bilingual Kindergarten Teacher
Needs:
Any Spanish products that could assist with core subject areas, especially Spanish Language Arts materials. Also English products for Science or Math.
My Philosophy:
Teaching is my passion! I believe that all students can and have the right to learn. I believe that all students should have an equal opportunity to learn, regardless of their native language. I understand that finding Spanish educational products is very difficult, however, I will do my best, search high and low, inside and outside of the country to provide my students with educational materials which will enhance their learning and allow them to succeed to their highest potential!

My name is Sandra Garcia. I have a husband and two wonderful children of my own. Each year I am blessed to impact the lives of 22 other children. This is my fifth year teaching and I love it! Teaching is my passion.....it is my life!

BSW-Texas Christian University Currentlyworking on my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Tarleton State University
Activities:
I am very involved in my church and church activities. I also serve as the praise and worship leader at my church.
