Class Description:
I'm the Librarian for a preK-3 primary school. The Library is a great place for technology, because it serves all the students and staff.
Position:
Library Media Specialist
Needs:
Digital cameras--we have only 1 working SONY camera with a floppy disc, and two small HP's that are checked out every single day. We need media cards for our teachers, so no one has to wait while somebody downloads pictures. We need a couple of card readers, too.
My Philosophy:
The Library is all about information of all kinds. Technology provides an important way of accessing and sharing information. My students will be working with technology nearly every day of their lives, in school, at home, and at work; I want them to be prepared.
