Class Description:
I work with the whole campus on technology integration. I get to work with students in the Media and Yearbook classes as well. I teach teachers how to integrate technology in their classroom and lessons.

Needs:
Our school is in need of digital cameras, editing software, and podcasting equipment. We are really interested in podcasting and "beefing up" our school yearbook and website !!
Personal Information:
About Me:
I graduated from Coppell High School in 1995. I attended Texas Tech Univerisity from 1995 - 2000. I majored in elementary education with a minor in science (grades 4 - 8). After graduating from Texas Tech in May 2000, I was hired as a 4th grade teacher back in Coppell. I am so glad to be back in the city where I graduated. Our district and our teachers are so awesome. I am fortunate enough to work under an old highschool teacher as my principal this year at Coppell Middle School East !!!

Activities:
I enjoy photography and digital media. I create slideshows for weddings, birthdays and other holidays. I enjoy being able to bring my passion into the classroom when working with our media and yearbook kids !! The two things I love best, working with kids, and cameras!!
Interests:
I am interested in Photography, and Scrapbooking. I also play and coach softball.
Employment History:
I have worked for Coppell ISD since Fall of 2000.
Why Do I Teach?:
I LOVE KIDS ! I know that is such a cheesy answer, but it is just so great watching kids eyes light up when they learn something new, or gain a new skill. If I wasn't teaching, I would have to work with kids somehow. I don't know how other people make it through the day without children by their side !!
