Class Description:
My charges are second grade students who reside in a rural Vermont community. There are approximately 300 Pre-K through fifth grade students in our school. We reside in a community with a military college at its core. There is a large percentage of families in need with 60% of our students on free or reduced lunch. The ability and the willingness for our community to support the needed technology resources within our classrooms is very limited.

I chose this profession to have an impact on the future of our world. It takes myriad individuals to nurture and support the development of a happy, caring, productive citizen of our world. To touch the life of a child and to provide that helping hand is my gift to the future and myself.
