My Philosophy:
My philosophy has always been that every child can achieve and be successful. Each child learns at their own rate and there are multiple intelligences. As an educator I must use every resource to see what works with each child. In this system of one size meets all, my students are falling behind in the classroom. Somewhere in their educational process it is detrimental that we ensure that each child can reach their highest potential.
