Single Unit Why I need this:
In 3rd grade our students complete a biography project. This project takes them 4 months to complete. In the end the we have a huge celebration tea that invites the special person of each student and their family members to attend. Students present their completed biographies and a presentation of student work is shown via projector and screen. It is very difficult to place the projector in an area where visitors will not trip and the current projector is not bright enough to see when the light is on. It would be wonderful to have this projector mounted for the entire school to utilize when they have presentation in the lunch room.

Students become disengaged with old methods of teaching. They relate to technology and 21st century learning. I would like to provide students with 21st century tools and new opportunities to learn and understand advanced mathematic skills.
