My Philosophy:
I believe that every child can learn, and that each child develops at his/her own rate. The role of the teacher is to create a classroom environment that encourages and motivates all students to be active learners who can achieve their goals. The greatest need for young people is to develop thinking skills, where they are able to make connections, understand consequences, and use good judgement in decision-making.
