Class Description:
I teach all types of Science and History classes from 7th grade through 12th grade. I recently started an Outdoor Classroom program at our school to help our students (K-12) connect with the nature that surrounds them. My students have designed, built, and maintained these outdoor areas. While they are working on these projects, they are learning critical-thinkingand problem-solving skills along with communication skills.

Our Outdoor Classroom program needs Vernier LabQuest hand-held data collection interfaces along with the Environmental Science sensors.
My Philosophy:
Students must be actively engaged in school with rigorous, relevant coursework and learning the skills necessary to make them successful 21st Century citizens.
