Class Description:
I teach 6th grade science in a low socio-economic schools. A large portion of my students speak English as their second language and are remarkable young people!

Needs:
As the focus education has been geared toward math and language arts, I need a supplies and activities that will help me to get students engaged and excited about science as most students are scared or bored when entering sixth grade science class.
My Philosophy:
We need to promote 21st learning skills and real-world problem solving.
