I teach my LMAs (library media assistants) how to work in the library properly and make copies for faculty and staff. We repair books, dust, reshelve, etc.
Position:
Librarian/Media Specialist
Needs:
Money or books. With the budget crunches, the school board is not giving the library any funds this year to run the library: buy books, subscribe or renew magazines, buy repair materials, etc.

Do the best you can with what you have to do with.
