Class Information:
Room Number: 103
Students per Class: 23
Class Description:
We are a highly enthusiastic group of life-long learners. We love learning by non-traditional methods. My teacher has thrown away the text books and uses nothing but a hands- on, multi-media approach in order to accommodate all the different learning styles and student needs in the classroom.
Position:
teacher
Needs:
We would love to have 24 ipads, one for each of us. We have 17 boys in our class and only 6 girls, therefore we are active and need to be stimulated. Technology keeps our interest! Our teacher is trying to make us career ready by preparing us for the future and is allowing us to learn through inquiry.
My Philosophy:
Students learn best when they search for knowledge through discovery for themselves. They should practice authentic learning through hands-on activities relevant to their interests. The learning process should be enlightening and comprehensible. I must deliver meaningful lessons that motivate students to want to become lifelong learners. I embrace the use of technology into my lessons in order to create a high-energy classroom.
