Class Description:
I teach 5 groups between 16- 22 students. Each class has has its own personality. The school itself has 75% of its students having free or reduced lunches. Students do not have their basic needs filled.
Position:
Science Teacher
Needs:
Students are in need of more technology. They do not understand different equiment because explainations and pictures are not enough. Giving students a chance to use technology will help.

Why Do I Teach?:
I am a teacher to help students have a better life for themselves. To see a student the first week of school tell you that they want to drop out and be a drug dealer, to the end of the year to have the same student say that they want to go on to college. It is a great feeling to know that I helped on kid stay in school and not turn to the streets.
