Class Description:
I currently serve between 30-40 special needs and intervention students. They are scheduled one or two fifty minute periods per day. Most of them have a reading disability, but a few struggle with math,also.

Needs:
My students need ways to make the text available to them. Many of their teachers are terrific and make many accommodation in the regular education classrooms, but even simple things like studying from a detailed study guide is impossible for student that is reading two or more grade levels behind. The majority of my students are of average I.Q. or higher; they are very frustrated. My wish is for all my students to be able to access the text. I want them to be on the same page with their regular education peers.
