Class Description:
I teach math to all of the third graders in our school. My classroom is relatively small, but our students are eager to learn and love using what technology we do have available. We are a Title I school and have a high population of students that qualify for Free/Reduced lunch. We also have seen a continuous growth in our Hispanic/English Language Learner population, as well.

Needs:
Our school is a Title I school in a very rural part of Guilford County, NC. Although we are a fairly new school, we were placed in a revamped middle/high school (my grandmother actually went to school in the same buildings) and lack many luxuries that a new construction offers. The major wish I have is to incorporate more technology into my classroom because I feel we are behind. I would absolutely love to have iPod touches/iPads, Flip Cameras and other pieces of technology that students get excited about using. Anything would be helpful and very much appreciated.
