Class Description:
Small room, packed with up to 38 students. I have one student use computer, and it gets used plenty for everything from papers to research.
Position:

headphones with microphones, so that students can record themselves.
My Philosophy:
Learning is never an end process, only an on-going one. We learn things everyday, and not always in a classroom! I am never too old to learn new ways to reach out to my students, and technology is there for the using.

About Me:
Born in Wuerzburg, Germany. Spent half my childhood there. Traveled Europe with my family. Stateside, lived and grew up in Valley Station, KY, bilingual until I started learning French, when it became trilingual, then added Russian and Spanish to the repertoire. My family and my heritage is very important to me.
College and Degrees:
B.A. from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, KY. M.A. in curriculum and instruction from University of Phoenix
Activities:
I like to read, write, teach, revamp old lesson plans into something newer and catchier. I like movies, ghost stories but not gore fests, and a good action flick is great. I also collect dolls.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching the face of a student when (s)he "gets it"! I myself love to learn, and if I can instill even a little of that love, along with the ability to THINK, then I feel I am helping shape the future.
