Class Description:
My students come from diverse backgrounds. Most of my students speak another language at home other than English. Many of my students will be in school for the very first time.
Needs:
My students will all be English Language Learners.
My Philosophy:
I believe that every student is a unique diverse talented individual that brings their experiences into the classroom. I believe that students all learn in different ways and that it is important to have a classroom that respects and honors their diverse backgrounds.

My name is Jacqueline Elias but people just call me Jacky. I am a proud Latina teacher that is excited to be having her own classroom for the first time. I am the first in my family to have graduated with my masters. I believe in teaching my students to love education.

Bachelors in communication literacy for children- Wheelock College Masters of Early Education- Umass Boston
Activities:
I enjoy singing, dancing, and walking my dog.
