Class Description:
My class consist of two sessions: Wednesday - Friday group and a Tuesday - Thursday group. We alternate Mondays. We are a Preschool Special Ed. unit. operating in a Connunity School. Our school serves over 200 preschoolers and around 65 high schoolers.

Needs:
We are in need of a digital camera as well as a printer dock. These items will enable our classroom to explore a wide variety of literacy technology: incorporating other subject areas such as science, math, social studies as well as health and safety. Our students would benefit from pictures of each other and pictures of our surroundings. We could use pictures to create books, posters and incorporate a variety of writing activities. What a great way to build vocabulary in our classroom!

I have been in Special Ed six years. I have taught preschool well over 20 years.
College and Degrees:
I hold a / an Masters in Spec. Ed. from Muskingum College. Bachelorsin Early Childhood & El Ed from Ohio University. Associatein Early Childhood from MATC in Zanesville now known as Zane State.

I enjoy quilting & family time.

I love children.... there is never a dull moment. Children are truly like sponges ,,, they absorb everything.
